Cancellation Policy : 24 Hour Notice is required. If you cannot provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals : Your session may be shortened, or cancelled depending on how late you are. You will still be charged for the full session.
No Shows : If you do not show up to an appointment, you will be considered a "no-show" and charged for the full appointment, along with a 15% gratuity.
